I’ve just had a great day climbing the ‘Roc de Toviere’ with Guy and Zac. The 'Roc de la Toviere' lies directly opposite to 'Les Plates de la Daille'. Neither Guy nor Zac had climbed the Toviere before and so it was a pleasure to introduce them to the route. For the past two weeks I have been Fartlek training and weight training and so I felt strong when climbing today. For most of the way it felt like I was running up it, but I wasn't. Both Guy and Zac enjoyed the day and it was all smiles when we topped out.
